They’re talking about us
Campaigns that turn investment into clients
DigiAcción is a Google Ads and SEM agency in Andorra, based in La Massana. We build and manage Search, Shopping, display and YouTube campaigns for businesses in the Principality and beyond.

Strategy before ads
We study your business, your competitors and the searches with real buying intent before launching anything. Campaigns born from data, not haste.

Ads that attract the right click
We write ads and extensions that highlight what makes you different and attract the right click: the ready buyer’s, not the curious browser’s.
Landing pages that convert
We never send paid traffic to a broken website. We review and refine your landing page so every click has the best chance of becoming a client.
Conversions measured properly
We set up full conversion tracking: forms, calls, WhatsApp and sales. You’ll know which campaign brings clients, not just which brings visits.
Continuous weekly optimization
We review bids, negative keywords and ads every single week. An unmaintained campaign spends more every month and delivers less every month.
Your account is yours, always
We work inside your own Google Ads account, with full access for you and reports you understand. No black boxes, no holding your account back.

Real results,
no promises
We don’t say it—our results and reviews do.

How much can you pay for a client? The key question in Google Ads
When somebody asks us how much they should invest, we always hand the question back: how much can you pay for a new client without losing money?
The answer isn’t in Google, it’s in your accounts, and it comes from three figures you should have to hand before spending a euro on advertising. What margin an average client leaves you. How many times they buy from you over the years, because an accountancy practice or a workshop doesn’t live on a single sale. And what share of the people who contact you end up buying.
Here’s an example with round numbers, purely to show the mechanism. If a client leaves you 600 euros of margin over their lifetime with you, and one in every five people who request a quote ends up hiring you, then you can pay up to 120 euros per quote request and still break even. If your cost per enquiry is 40, the campaign is a business. If it’s 200, it isn’t, however many clicks it brings.
That number is your ceiling, and everything else is detail. An agency talking to you about clicks, impressions, or click-through rate without having worked this out with you first is showing you metrics that don’t pay invoices. We always start there, and sometimes the honest conclusion is that your business isn’t ready for Google Ads yet. We’d rather tell you upfront than charge you to find out.
This calculation doesn’t care about borders: it works the same for a business in Andorra as for one in Barcelona, Madrid, or Toulouse. We manage accounts inside and outside the Principality, and the only thing that changes between cases is the market you’re bidding into.
Why isn’t my Google Ads campaign working? The five most expensive mistakes
The accounts we audit almost always lose money in the same five places.
- No negative keywords. You sell full renovations and you’re paying for people searching “renovation courses”, “cheap DIY renovation”, or the name of a television show. It’s the most common leak and the easiest to plug.
- Broad match without supervision. Google interprets intent and sometimes gets it right, but if nobody reviews the search terms report weekly, the budget ends up on queries that have nothing to do with you.
- Badly configured location targeting. This is the headline mistake in the Principality, and the next section is devoted to it entirely.
- Automated campaigns with no control. Performance Max campaigns work well when they have reliable conversion data and properly set exclusions. Without those, they eat the budget on cheap traffic and show you a report that looks good.
- Conversions badly measured or not measured at all. If Google doesn’t know which click became a client, its algorithm optimizes blind. It’s like asking someone to improve their aim while blindfolded.
None of the five is complicated to fix. What’s required is someone looking at the account every week, and that is exactly the difference between a managed campaign and a switched-on one.
Google advertising in Andorra: why the auction here is different
Advertising here is nothing like advertising in Madrid, and anyone copying a mainland strategy without adapting it will burn money in two opposite ways.
The first: very few advertisers compete for most local searches, so cost per click tends to run far below Spain or France. It’s a genuine advantage and hardly anyone is exploiting it.
The second, which is the dark side of the same coin: search volume inside the Principality is tiny. Targeting Andorra alone can leave you with a campaign that barely gets impressions and never accumulates enough data for the algorithm to learn. It’s the reason so many local campaigns appear not to work.
The solution almost always means widening the radius with judgment. It depends on the business, but three fronts are worth evaluating: the Spanish shopper coming up to buy, who arrives via Sant Julià de Lòria and for whom including the La Seu d’Urgell area and the Alt Urgell makes sense; the French visitor, who enters through Pas de la Casa and needs to be addressed in French and in their own mental currency; and the tourist already here, searching on their phone in Escaldes-Engordany or Encamp, which is traffic with immediate intent and extremely high conversion if your hours and phone number are properly in place.
And one technical detail that costs a lot of money: by default, Google shows your ads to people who have merely shown interest in your area, not only to people actually in it. For a services business that means paying for clicks from people who will never come. It’s fixed with a single setting, and the number of accounts that have it wrong is remarkable.
Why does your landing page decide the cost of your ads?
The other half happens afterward, and that’s where profitability is genuinely decided.
If your ad promises “bathroom renovations in Andorra” and the click lands on your homepage, where the visitor has to hunt for twenty seconds to work out where to go next, you’ve paid for a visit that won’t convert. The landing page has to finish the sentence the ad started, not change the subject.
Google also penalizes it financially. Its Quality Score values the consistency between search, ad, and page, and a good score translates into paying less for the same position. In other words, a well-designed landing page not only converts more but also reduces the cost per click. That’s why web design and development isn’t a service separate from advertising; it’s part of the campaign’s performance. In retail, the same applies to the product page and the checkout process of your online store : it doesn’t matter how finely tuned the bidding is if the checkout fails seven out of ten times.
How to accurately measure Google Ads conversions?
A campaign without proper measurement is a campaign that is optimized with opinions.
The bare minimum is the conversions that truly matter: submitted forms, calls from the ad and the website, and in the Principality, there’s one that almost no one sets up but that accounts for the majority of real leads: the WhatsApp click. Here, deals are closed via WhatsApp, and if that conversion isn’t being tracked, your account is throwing away the best results and optimizing for what works worst.
We also set up call tracking and, when the sales cycle is long, conversion import from your CRM, which is the only way to know which keyword brought in the client who signed three months later. Without that, you’re optimizing based on quotes requested, not money collected.
How much should you invest in Google Ads in Andorra?
It’s important to separate two things that people often confuse: advertising investment, which you pay directly to Google from your own card, and management fees, which you pay us for working on the account.
We don’t give a universal figure for investment because that would be misleading. It depends on the cost per click in your industry, the number of conversions you need for the algorithm to learn, and your spending limit per client, which we calculate together at the beginning. What we always say, though, is that a campaign with too low a budget doesn’t fail because of insufficient funds; it fails because of a lack of data. If the budget isn’t enough to generate a minimum number of conversions per month, it’s better to concentrate it on fewer campaigns than to spread it across five and have none of them learn.
What’s better for my business, SEO or Google Ads?
The comparison is flawed because they don’t compete: they cover different moments.
Google Ads makes your phone ring for the first week. It’s the go-to solution when you’ve just opened, launched a new service, experienced seasonal fluctuations, or need to validate market response before investing six months in content. The downside is that the day you stop paying, you disappear from the market.
SEO takes months to mature, but what it builds lasts, and the cost per client decreases over time instead of increasing. And there’s a third element that’s no longer just for the future: GEO targeting, to appear in ChatGPT and Gemini responses when someone asks for a recommendation in your industry.
The most effective combination is to start with advertising to generate revenue from the first month, and then reinvest a portion of that revenue in organic marketing, which is what ultimately frees you from relying on paid advertising. Furthermore, campaign data accelerates SEO: you know exactly which keywords convert and which don’t before writing a single page.
Outside of search engines, the logic changes. On Google, you capture existing demand; with Meta and TikTok Ads, you create demand among people who weren’t searching for you, and there, the ad video and good graphic design matter more than account settings. At DigiAcción, we work with you to decide on the allocation based on what you sell, without pushing you toward the channel that best suits us.
How much does Google Ads management cost with DigiAcción?
Management starts at €800 per month, in addition to the investment you pay to Google. This includes strategy, campaign setup, ad copywriting, measurement configuration, weekly optimization, and a report that’s easy to understand even for those unfamiliar with the industry.
We always start the same way: we review your current account if you already have one, calculate with you how much you can pay per client, and tell you honestly whether Google Ads is the right channel for you or if your money would go further elsewhere. Less talk, more action.
Every day without a campaign, your customer clicks on someone else.
Frequently asked questions about SEM (Google Ads) in Andorra
