DigiAcción is a web design agency in Andorra, based in La Massana. We build WordPress and custom websites for businesses in the Principality and beyond: fast, secure, optimized and built to generate business.

100% custom, one-of-a-kind design

No cloned templates: we design your website from scratch around your brand, your market and your ideal client. No other site will look like it. (143 caracteres)

On-page SEO from day one

Structure, metadata, speed and structured data handled from the start. Your website is born ready to rank, not waiting to be fixed later. (137 caracteres)

Extreme speed

Websites that load in a blink and pass Google’s Core Web Vitals. Every second of load time you save is a sale you stop losing to slowness.

Code engineering and AI

We master code and use AI where it adds value: custom features, automations and our own plugins. If you can imagine it, we can build it for you.

Active security

Backups, controlled updates and active protection against attacks. Your website is your hardest-working salesperson: it can’t afford to go down.

CRO optimization

Every page, button and form is designed to guide every visitor toward contact or purchase. Beautiful design that also happens to convert.

Built by DigiAcción

We don’t say it—our results and reviews do.

Why doesn’t your website in Andorra bring in clients? The three causes

Almost every project that reaches us arrives with a site already built. And the diagnosis is almost always one of these three, or all three at once.

Nobody finds it. It was built to please the owner rather than to answer what people actually type into Google. Improvised heading structure, pages with no focus, zero content targeting a real search. It’s a beautiful site that only people who already knew the name ever reach.

They find it and leave. It takes four seconds to load on a mobile connection in Encamp, the menu makes no sense, the phone number isn’t visible without scrolling, and the form asks for eight fields to send a two-line question. Every obstacle is a percentage of visitors walking away without a trace.

They stay and do nothing. The visitor reads, gets interested, and can’t find the next step. No visual hierarchy, no clear calls to action, no reason to get in touch today instead of tomorrow. This is the most expensive failure of the three, because the traffic was already paid for.

A site that works solves all three at once, which is why you can’t separate design from search performance or from conversion. They’re the same decision made three times.

And although we’re talking about Andorra, because it’s where we are and the market we know best, these three failures are universal. We work on projects inside the Principality and beyond it, and the diagnosis doesn’t change just because you cross a border.

Which is better for your website, WordPress or custom development?

It’s the first question nearly everyone asks, and the honest answer isn’t a doctrine. It comes down to three things: who’s going to touch the site next year, what it has to do beyond displaying information, and how far you want to grow without rebuilding everything.

What you need The route that suits you
Editing text, uploading photos, publishing without calling anyone WordPress
Corporate site, services, blog, multilingual WordPress
Private client area, calculators, ERP integration Custom development or a bespoke plugin
Automated internal processes inside the site itself Custom development
PresupuestoTight budget and a need to launch soon → WordPress
ajustado y necesidad de arrancar prontoWordPress

For most businesses in the Principality, a well-built WordPress wins comfortably: you keep control, the cost of evolving it is content rather than invoices, and you don’t commission a quote every time you want to change a sentence. The problem was never WordPress. The problem is badly built WordPress: twenty plugins stepping on each other, a purchased template dragging along code you’ll never use, and an admin panel nobody dares open.

When a project genuinely calls for its own functionality, we develop in code. And there’s a third route that solves plenty of cases: bespoke plugins and modules inside WordPress, giving you the functionality without surrendering your autonomy.

How many languages should a website in Andorra have?

Here’s a detail most Andorran websites handle badly, and it’s where the most ground is available.

Catalan is the official language. Spanish is the language of an enormous share of the population and of nearly all Iberian tourism. French opens the northern border. And English is the language of anyone arriving to evaluate residency, an investment, or a long stay. Very few businesses need all four, but practically none survive on one.

The usual mistake isn’t picking the wrong languages: it’s implementing them badly. Unreviewed machine translation, URLs that never get translated, hreflang tags missing or wrongly cross-referenced, and menus that dump the user back on the homepage every time they switch language. Google reads that disorder as duplicate content and splits authority badly across versions. The result is a site competing against itself.

We build multilingual into the architecture rather than patching it on at the end: each language with its own URL, its own metadata, and correctly cross-referenced hreflang. And the copy is written by someone fluent in the language, because machine-translated Catalan or French shows up in the first sentence and costs you credibility.

How much does load speed affect your website’s search rankings?

Speed stopped being a technical topic the day Google made Core Web Vitals a ranking factor. But the real argument is commercial: the patience of someone checking their phone on a cable car in Ordino or on a restaurant terrace in La Massana is close to zero.

What actually slows a site down is almost never the hosting. It’s uncompressed images uploaded at camera resolution, fonts loaded from three different servers, plugins injecting scripts into pages where they do nothing, and heavy sliders that take their time settling and make the content jump around in front of the user.

We measure before delivery and measure again after launch, on mobile and on a throttled connection, because that’s the real-world scenario. A fast site isn’t an engineering luxury. It’s what separates a visit from an enquiry.

After the web design: what keeps your site alive

The launch is the starting line. What decides whether the project pays for itself is what happens over the following months.

We build every site on a foundation designed so that SEO can be worked afterward without rebuilding anything: clean architecture, coherent headings, structured data, and content aimed at real searches. We also prepare it for conversational search, with citable information accessible to the models’ crawlers, which is the groundwork behind our AI chat visibility service. And if you’re going to acquire through advertising, landing page design determines the cost per customer of your search campaigns far more than bidding does.

Two pieces are worth deciding before you start rather than after. If your business sells product, the site and the build of your online store should be planned as a single project, because a product page and a service page aren’t designed the same way. And if your brand identity isn’t resolved yet, starting with the website is building the house before deciding where the door goes.

We don’t disappear after delivery. You get training to run it yourself and we stay available for whatever comes up. Most of our web clients end up working with DigiAcción on search or advertising too, because a good website is the beginning of client acquisition, not the end of it.

How much does a website cost in Andorra?

A professional corporate website with us starts at 1,500 euros. That covers custom design, structure, on-page optimization, speed, security, and copywriting: we write your text or rewrite what you already have.

What moves the budget beyond that baseline:

  • The number of pages and, above all, the number of languages.
  • Custom functionality: private areas, calculators, booking systems, or integrations with tools you already use.
  • The volume of new content that has to be created from scratch.
  • Whether the project includes an online store, which is quoted separately given its complexity.

What we don’t do: rock-bottom pricing on a cloned template. It’s cheap, it doesn’t rank, it doesn’t convert, and in two years the whole thing has to be rebuilt. Ask for your proposal and we’ll give it to you fixed, with no surprises midway through.

How long does it take to build a professional website?

A corporate site is usually ready in four to eight weeks. A project with custom development or an online store takes somewhat longer.

And here’s the part almost nobody tells you: the single biggest source of delay on websites anywhere in the world isn’t design or code. It’s content. Text the client has to write between meetings, photos that never arrive, a logo that only exists as a JPG. That’s exactly why we include it. While we design, we write. All you have to do is approve.

Every day with a website that doesn’t convert is money left on the table.

Frequently asked questions about web design in Andorra
