Everything a law firm needs to win cases online
DigiAcción is a digital marketing agency specialized in lawyers and law firms. We drive case acquisition with legal SEO, content, advertising and AI visibility, for firms in Spain, Europe and across the Spanish-speaking world.

Legal SEO that brings cases
We rank your firm in the searches that bring cases, by practice area and by language, aimed at the client who already needs you today.

Attorney-reviewed legal content
We create rigorous, clear legal content, reviewed by your attorneys. Google demands provable expertise, and in legal more than anywhere.
Advertising to win cases now
Google Ads campaigns for your firm’s profitable practice areas: immigration, inheritance, employment… Cases from week one, measured.
Visibility in ChatGPT and the AIs
We prepare your firm so ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity cite it when someone asks for a lawyer in your specialty. It already happens daily.
Firm reputation and reviews
Google listing, reviews and legal directories worked on consistently. Online reputation decides the choice between two equally good firms.
Measured per case, not per visit
Reports that speak your language: inquiries received, the areas generating them and cost per case. Firm metrics, not marketing metrics.

How many cases does your firm lose every month by not showing up?

Why is legal marketing different from marketing in any other sector?
Three things make legal marketing its own territory, and anyone who doesn’t understand them will spend your budget learning.
The first is that Google treats legal content with particular scrutiny. It’s a field that can affect someone’s money, rights, or liberty, so the search engine prioritizes sources with demonstrable experience over ones that are well optimized but anonymous. A legal website without visible authorship starts at a disadvantage against a worse-written one signed by an identifiable lawyer.
The second is professional conduct. A headline that in any other sector would be aggressive but legitimate can, in law, land you in difficulty with your bar association. An agency unfamiliar with those limits isn’t merely unhelpful: it’s a liability.
And the third is case value. In law, a single client can justify entire months of investment, and that completely changes which campaigns are profitable and which aren’t. Anyone optimizing your account for cost per click rather than per signed case will be making wrong decisions from data that looks good.
At DigiAcción legal isn’t just another client: it’s our principal vertical. We work with firms in immigration and nationality, corporate law, and debt recovery, producing legal content in several languages every week. Nobody needs to explain to us what a client means to a lawyer.
What does someone who needs a lawyer search for in Google?
Before choosing channels, it’s worth understanding that not all legal searches are worth the same, not remotely.
Some people search for information: what a particular procedure involves, how long probate takes, what rights they have if dismissed. That traffic is plentiful, cheap to capture, and low-converting, but it builds authority and feeds both search engines and AI models. It’s the foundation of the content.
Some search to hire: immigration lawyer in a given city, firm specializing in a given matter. That traffic is scarce, heavily contested, and high-converting. This is where the business is won.
And some search urgently: I’ve been arrested, I have a hearing tomorrow, my account has been frozen. Low volume, high cost per click, immediate decision.
Each of those three profiles needs a different channel and a different page. Mixing them is why so many firms have traffic and no clients: they’ve built for the first and expect results from the second.
Our digital marketing services for law firms
Legal SEO: the most profitable source of cases over the medium term
We rank your firm for the transactional searches in each practice area, in your city or across your whole market if you work remotely. Every position gained brings enquiries month after month without paying per click, and the cost per client falls over time rather than rising. It’s demanding and it isn’t immediate, but no other channel matches its return once it matures. It’s the same work as our organic search service, applied to a sector with its own rules.
Legal content that ranks and persuades
Articles, guides, and practice area pages written rigorously and in plain language, always reviewed by the lawyer before publishing. Every piece carries real authorship, because in legal content the byline isn’t decoration: it’s a ranking factor. And there’s one rule we always apply: content answers what the client asks, not what interests another lawyer. A summary of case law gets read by colleagues; an explanation of what to do when a notice arrives gets read by whoever is about to hire you.
Advertising for firms: enquiries from week one
While organic matures, Google Ads campaigns capture whoever needs a lawyer right now. The key here is selection: we choose only the areas where case value justifies the cost per click, filter out searches that bring no business (and in law there are many, because plenty of people are hunting free information), and measure through to the actual enquiry rather than the click. Social media campaigns fit better for building awareness of the firm and for high-volume areas than for direct acquisition.
Legal GEO: when people ask AI which lawyer they need
Every day more people describe their problem directly to ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity and ask who to turn to. We prepare your firm to appear in those answers through our AI chat visibility service: citable content, a clearly defined entity, and presence in the sources the models consult. Almost no firm is working on this yet, and that’s precisely the opportunity.
How do you measure marketing return in a law firm?
Here’s the difference between a pretty report and a useful one, and in the legal sector it shows more than anywhere else.
A firm doesn’t live off visits or rankings: it lives off signed cases. And between the click and the signature there’s a long journey, with an initial consultation, an assessment, and sometimes weeks of deliberation. If you only measure as far as the form, you’re optimizing half the path blind.
What we set up: enquiry tracking by source, including calls and WhatsApp messages, which in many firms are the primary channel and almost nobody measures; a distinction between qualified enquiries and ones that don’t fit, because a hundred poor contacts are worth less than five good ones; and, where the cycle allows, a connection to your system so you know which source brought the client who eventually signed. Without that, your report tells you which channel generates noise, not which generates business.
Online reputation for a law firm
In a sector where the client can’t judge your technical competence, they judge what others say. And a single highly visible negative review can cost more than months of content.
The work has three parts. Gathering reviews systematically, which is awkward to request in law but perfectly possible when done at the right point in the matter. Replying to all of them, and here there’s a trap that sinks plenty of firms: responding to criticism by entering into details of the case is a breach of professional privilege in front of everyone. The correct reply is always brief, courteous, and free of specifics.
And the third part is consistency of identity: your name, address, phone number, and specialisms appearing written identically on your site, on your Google listing, in legal directories, and with professional bodies. That consistency is what makes Google and AI models understand you’re one solid entity rather than three similar firms.
Legal marketing and professional conduct: what’s allowed and what isn’t
Advertising legal services is lawful and regulated. You can communicate your specialism, publish educational content, run campaigns, and work on reputation. You can’t promise outcomes, make disparaging comparisons with other firms, or breach professional privilege in cases or testimonials, even when they appear anonymized.
The specific rules vary by bar association and jurisdiction, so we validate any sensitive piece with you before publishing. Marketing that puts your practising certificate at risk isn’t marketing: it’s recklessness. And our experience is that these limits, far from weakening the work, force you to build trust with useful content, which is what genuinely converts.
The firm’s website: the foundation of all legal marketing
No strategy works on top of a slow, dated site with no practice area structure. Investing in acquisition to send traffic to a site that doesn’t convert is paying for visitors who leave.
If yours needs renewing, our web design for law firms builds it to convey trust, rank, and turn visits into enquiries. And if your current site works well, we work on top of it: we don’t sell unnecessary rebuilds. When a firm also wants to strengthen its image, our corporate identity team joins the same project, and video is especially effective in this sector, because seeing and hearing a lawyer explain something clearly builds trust faster than any text.
How much does marketing for a law firm cost?
Our plans for law firms start at 800 euros per month, with a free audit beforehand and a proposal built around practice areas. As a market reference, serious specialist agencies typically operate between 700 and 2,000 euros a month depending on scope.
The calculation that genuinely matters isn’t that one, it’s yours: what an average case leaves you and how many cases you need for the investment to pay for itself. In law that number tends to be surprisingly low, which is why well-executed legal marketing is among the most profitable investments in professional services. We work it out with you before proposing anything.
How long does legal marketing take to produce results?
We’re going to be honest here even though it isn’t the best sales line. There’s no timetable that applies to every firm, and anyone handing you one without knowing your situation is selling you smoke.
Timelines depend on three factors that vary enormously. The competitiveness of your area and your market: ranking a firm specializing in a particular matter in a mid-sized city is nothing like fighting for immigration or insolvency work in Madrid or Barcelona against firms that have been investing for a decade. The starting condition of your website and your current presence. And how much gets invested consistently, because organic work compounds and stalls when it stops.
What is constant: advertising brings enquiries from the first week, and organic work shows up later but doesn’t switch off when you stop paying. That’s why the usual combination is starting with campaigns to have cases now while building organic in parallel from what those campaigns generate.
Before proposing anything we analyze your real situation and tell you which fights you can pick and which you can’t. If we think your budget performs better elsewhere, we’ll say so. Less talk, more action.
Every search without your firm in the results is a case someone else signs.
Frequently asked questions about law firm marketing
