Quite possibly Andorra’s #1 graphic design agency
Don’t take our word for it: the brands we’ve built say it for us.
“They designed the website I had in mind and are helping me a lot with lead generation.”

A coherent brand is worth more than a thousand loose designs
DigiAcción is a graphic design agency in Andorra, based in La Massana. We create logos, brand identities and creatives for businesses in the Principality and beyond, with strategy ahead of the drawing.

Logos and brand identity
We create your logo with its variants, color palette, typefaces and usage manual. A complete brand system, not a pretty drawing on its own.

Consistency across every channel
Your brand looks the same on your website, on social, in your shop and on a card. Consistency turns a business into a brand people recall.
Design that sells, not just pleases
Visual hierarchy, legibility and clear calls to action. We design so viewers understand, trust and act, not just so they glance and move on.
Creatives for social and campaigns
Assets for Instagram, TikTok and advertising campaigns, native to each format. The design that sustains your ads and your organic content.
Editorial and corporate design
Corporate presentations, catalogs and dossiers that sell for you when you’re not in the room. Documents that live up to your real proposal.
Files and manual: all yours
We hand over all the original files, vector-based, ready for print and digital, with the manual. Your brand is yours, no hostages taken.

Built by DigiAcción
We don’t say it—our results and reviews do.
Does your current image convey what your business is worth?

Graphic design in Andorra: why brand image carries more weight here
Andorra is a country of fewer than eighty thousand residents that welcomes millions of visitors a year. That combination creates a situation you won’t find anywhere else: an internal market where everyone knows everyone and your reputation travels by word of mouth long before it travels online, and at the same time a constant stream of people who have never heard of you and will judge you on the only thing in front of them, which is how you look.
Add to that the fact that you’re competing in the same shop window as Spanish and French brands arriving with budgets and marketing departments you don’t have. That’s where design stops being decoration and becomes pure strategy: it’s the cheapest lever available for looking as solid as the company billing ten times what you do.
And inside the Principality itself, not everyone is playing the same game. A retailer in Andorra la Vella or Escaldes-Engordany is fighting for the attention of a shopper who walks past twenty storefronts in an afternoon, which means the brand has to read from a distance and land on the first pass. A rural hotel in Canillo or a professional practice in Sant Julia de Loria competes on trust and track record, and there the brand has to convey solidity before it conveys impact. Designing without telling those two scenarios apart is designing blind.
At DigiAcción, a digital marketing agency in Andorra, we build brands out of La Massana, and one pattern repeats across almost every project that reaches us: Andorran businesses rarely have a product problem. They have a presentation problem. They do excellent work and present it as though they don’t.
And if you’re reading this from outside the Principality, it applies to you too. We work with businesses in Andorra, in Spain, and in other countries, and a brand project runs perfectly well remotely: what changes is the market you have to understand, not how you work it.
What is the difference between graphic design, branding and corporate identity?
The two words get used interchangeably, and they shouldn’t be. Branding is the decision: what you want someone to feel when they see you, where you stand against your competition, what you promise and who you’re promising it to. Graphic design is the execution of that decision: the logo, the colors, the typography, and the assets that make it visible.
Here’s why that matters in practice. Hire execution alone and you’re paying someone to draw without knowing what the drawing is supposed to say. The result usually pleases everyone on day one and never performs. Hire strategy alone and you end up with a beautiful document nobody ever applies.
We work both layers inside the same project, and in that order. First we understand your market, your competition, and who you need to convince. Then we design. Starting with the logo and skipping that groundwork is the most expensive mistake in branding: it shows, and you pay for it in sales.
How do you know if your logo is well designed? Five quick tests
You don’t need to be a designer to audit your own. These are the tests we apply, and you can run them yourself this afternoon:
- The black and white test. If your logo stops working without color, the color was doing all the work. A solid one holds up in a single ink, which is how it will end up on a stamp, an engraving, or a printed invoice.
- The small size test. Shrink it to the size of an Instagram avatar. If the name stops being legible or the symbol turns into a smudge, it isn’t resolved.
- The file test. Ask for the vector artwork. If a PNG or a JPG is all anyone can give you, your logo can’t be scaled without pixelating, and no printer or sign maker will be able to work with it.
- The variants test. A logo isn’t a file, it’s a system: horizontal version, vertical version, standalone symbol, positive and negative. If you only have one, sooner or later somebody will improvise on their own.
- The competition test. Place your logo next to five others from your sector in Andorra. If it disappears among them, it’s decorative rather than distinctive.
If your brand fails two or more of these, you don’t need a touch-up. You need a real review.
From logo to corporate identity: where your brand gets applied
Nothing ends the day the logo lands in your inbox. That’s when the part that matters starts, which is every place that logo now has to hold together without falling apart.
Your identity gets applied to the interface of your site, and there it stops being a drawing and becomes visual hierarchy, legibility, and buttons people actually see. That’s exactly why our web design team and our design team sit inside the same project rather than two separate quotes. It gets applied to the product pages, category banners, and packaging of your online store, where a consistent brand lowers hesitation at the precise moment of payment. It gets applied to the creative in your Meta and TikTok campaigns, which are competing against a thumb moving at full speed. And when a piece calls for motion, it gets applied to video and motion graphics: animated logo, lower thirds, and transitions that respect the brand instead of trampling it.
Every one of those is a translation. And in each translation between separate suppliers, something gets lost: a color that doesn’t match, a badly exported file, a typeface nobody has installed. Having one house design and deploy isn’t convenience. It’s the only way to make sure what comes off the press and what comes off the screen are the same brand.
Does graphic design help you rank in Google and in AI?
There’s a side of design almost nobody connects to visibility, and the oversight is expensive.
A recognizable brand earns the click on a results page crowded with competitors saying exactly what you’re saying. Users don’t read ten titles: they recognize one. That recognition is a behavioral signal that ends up pushing your organic search performance, and it works the same way in paid media, where the design of your banners and landing pages separates an expensive click from a profitable conversion in Google Ads.
And there’s a newer layer most agencies still aren’t watching. When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity for a provider in your sector, those models don’t answer with whoever optimized a tag best. They answer with the brands they recognize as solid entities: names that appear written identically, with the same logo and the same details, across the website, the directories, the press, and social media. That visual and nominal consistency we build into an identity project is, quite literally, raw material for visibility inside AI chat assistants.
How much does a logo or a corporate identity cost?
There’s no single number, and be wary of anyone who gives you one before listening to you. Price depends on the real scope of the brief: a clean, direct logo for a business getting off the ground is not the same job as an identity built on a concept, with sector research, several creative routes explored, and a complete visual system behind it.
These are the factors that move the range:
- How deep the strategic groundwork goes: positioning, competitive analysis, and defining the audience you’re speaking to.
- The number of initial proposals and revision rounds.
- The applications you need: stationery, signage, packaging, social media, or web.
- Whether the brief is the logo alone or a complete brand manual with its usage rules.
What we can guarantee: we quote per project at a fixed price, always after a conversation where we understand where you want to take your brand. No surprises halfway through.
And an honest warning. The bargain template-platform logo is cheap on day one and brutally expensive afterward: files unusable for print, uncomfortable resemblances to already-registered trademarks, and a forced redesign the moment the business starts to grow.
How long does it take to create a brand?
A logo with its variants is usually ready in under a week. A complete corporate identity generally runs between one and three weeks, depending on how many refinement rounds are needed. The process includes genuinely different creative proposals and however many iterations it takes for the brand to fit, rather than a template with your name dropped on top.
If you have a date circled on the calendar, tell us at the start. We work fast, but we’d rather warn you upfront than hand you something half-finished.
What if I already have a logo? Restyling and brand redesign
You don’t always need to start from scratch, and often you shouldn’t. If your logo has recognition but has aged badly, carries technical flaws, or no longer represents who you’ve become, we do a restyling: we modernize the identity while keeping whatever your customer already recognizes and associates with you. Throwing away years of visual memory is a decision you make with evidence, not out of boredom.
We audit your brand for free and tell you honestly whether it’s worth evolving or rebuilding. Even when the conclusion is that your logo is fine and you don’t need to spend a euro. Less talk, more action.
Every day with an amateur image, a client picks whoever looks more professional.
